Payment

Payment is processed online via Stripe. Banking data is handled securely by Stripe and is never stored by Prod Daiki.

Delivery

Upon payment confirmation, the download link is automatically sent by email. Delivery is instant.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with the prior agreement of the consumer. No refund will be issued after download.

Intellectual Property

Purchased kits are intended for personal and commercial use in your music productions. Resale or redistribution of the files is strictly prohibited.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction.
